THE JOURNEY WE'LL TAKE

We’re offering this 10-week program as a summer pilot. That means we’re testing and evolving as we go, alongside you. You’ll be part of a small, intentional group helping shape this experience for future cohorts. It will be honest, engaged, full, and real.

We’ve run this content live in workshops over the last two years. Now we’re making it even more accessible—bringing it online, and giving you time between each session to apply what you’re learning in the real world.​

​

Each week, we will learn and practice tools that shift our perspectives on change, enhance group dynamics, inspire personal reflection and gratitude, and share exactly how we create a psychologically safe space- and so you can too. 

​

The first session is 90 minutes to welcome you, ground the group, set the stage for the next 9 weeks, and explore your current relationship with change. The remaining weekly sessions are 60 minutes each. We pause for one week in July, because we believe rest is part of the work. And we wrap with a practical reflection and planning session to help you carry forward what matters most.

PROGRAM DETAILS

We want to practice what we preach, so we made sure to include some flexibility in the schedule and the flow of the work. It's going to feel fast, but it's purposeful action every week, with a clear focus.

  • It's possible to miss up to 2 sessions. Everything is recorded, so you will be able to catch up easily.

  • It's all online. You will need to have a good internet connection, a working camera, and a microphone​

  • We want this to be a meaningful experience. If, after two sessions, you feel it’s not for you, you can step away, and we’ll return your full payment. No hard feelings.
